Deposit/ Withdrawal

1. What methods can I use to deposit funds or withdraw them?

The most popular and convenient methods of payments are Bank transfer, bank card, and WebMoney system.

2. How can I make a deposit?
  1. To make a deposit to your account you need to log in to your Personal Account.
  2. Choose “Deposit” in Account management section.
  3. Choose the account you want to be deposited and specify the amount.
  4. Then you need to choose method of payment and you’ll be redirected to payment page or page with requisites (in case of bank transfer).
3. How can I withdraw my funds?
  1. To withdraw funds from your account you need to log in to your Personal Account.
  2. Choose “Withdrawal” in Account management section.
  3. Choose source account from which you want to withdraw.
  4. Type amount you want to withdraw.
  5. Choose withdrawal method and type your requisites.
  6. Leave comment if necessary.

Attention! Procession of request and withdrawal may take up to 7 business days.

Withdrawal is available only to requisites (bank card or bank account, WM purse) from which you deposited your account.

4. How can I transfer funds to my trading account?
  1. To transfer funds from personal account to trading account you need to log in to your Personal Account.
  2. Choose “Transfer” in Account management section.
  3. Choose an account from which you want to transfer and specify the amount.
  4. Choose an account you want to transfer to.

The funds will be transferred to specified account immediately.

5. What meaning does personal account have?

Each client receives personal account number after registration. Personal account is like a transitory account and can be used to deposit your trading and investment accounts.

6. How long does it take to make currency payment?

Depositing funds via bank transfer may take from 2 to 7 business days, depending on work of your bank.

7. Why did I receive another amount?

Making a deposit or withdrawal via bank transfer, some commissions may be charged from your amount by other banks involved in transfer. The company does not charge any additional commissions and withdraws (deposits) the amount directly specified (or received). International banking standards allow the clients to choose one of the following forms:

BEN: The commission is paid by recipient (the client).

OUR: The commission is paid by the sender. In case if other banks are involved in processing your payment, additional commissions may be charged.

SHA: The commission is divided between the sender and the recipient.
