Chinese GDP of 2014 Has Been Lowered

This Monday Chinese regulator made some corrections to GDP of 2014 and lowered it. Correction from 7.4% to 7.3% became on 0.1%.

 

National bureau of statistics of China published new GDP for previous year. In new publication index of GDP is 63.614 trillion CNY. It is on 32 trillion less than previous data published in June of current year. Next revision, if it’s necessary, is planning to be in January 2016.

 

Earlier, the government’s forecast of GDP growth was 7.5% in 2014 and 7% in 2015. According to evaluation of experts, it is expected that growth of economy will be a little lower – 6.5%-7%, and in 2016 – 6.0%-6.5%.

 

In the second quarter of 2015 GDP of China showed a lower dynamic of growth than it was expected.  It remained at 7% that corresponds to the first quarter.

 

High risks of Chinese economy consequences of currency devaluation lead to weakening of major world currencies and press financial markets of developing countries. Experts say that collapse of Yuan in August negatively influenced growth of Chinese economy.
